Here we go! Resurrecting two blogs on one day? Crazy girl. The other, I logged into to create a post for a class, but this one is purely on my own volition–even had to track it down, it had been so long! But there it was, with a password reset email at the top of my inbox in no time.
So I’m no longer freelancing (what a disaster that was!), but just finishing up my Masters in Social Work (which accounts for my 2-year silence) and currently on the hunt for a job (know of any? I want to work in the juvenile justice system!) And although I started this blog as a venue for posting freelancing successes and woes, I think, for now, it will focus on those of my job search. Currently nothing to report. Well, maybe some woes at the dozen or so applications filled and resumes sent out with no responses to date. And maybe some more with the crappy websites that require that you apply online, and after you spend 1.5 hours filling in every ridiculous detail, lose all your information because your session timed out! And then I feel like an idiot, but really, I am very computer savvy! Well, not very.
